Anyone fancy a bit of off-season variety in their biking lives?
To chase away the no-running injury blues, I am planning a trip up to Cannock Chase this Sunday. I plan on starting fairly early - I'd like to be on the trail by 08:30 or so but negotiable. Looks cold but dry at the moment. For those who've not been before, Cannock Chase has around 14 miles of trails - Follow the Dog and the Monkey Trail. These are red graded so need a bit of confidence handling a bike but as a triathlete, you've got that already, right?
Should take between 2 and 3 hours in total at slowest person's pace.
This is NOT a club ride but a bit of fun - you take part at your own risk!
