You have missed one, the over all list of proposals - I can't figure out how to upload it myself just now.

For info the proposals that will be voted on inlcude

Changes to the constitution to change references to Triathlon Engalnd
Change to the constitution to include Family Membership that we already offer
Change to voting right so only FULL senior members can vote (not associate or second claim)
Proposal about the National Club Relays and how these are organised
Proposal about establishing a junior section and how to do this.

But you will need to read the full proposals.

We are planning a fun and worthwhile run session, should be a bit different from your usual training but at the same time worthwhile for both novices, olympic distance athletes and even ironmen. So we expect a good turn out, and yes that includes a full committee turn up as well.

Food will be at 8.15pm in the brief interval, not 7.30pm as previously advised.

A bit late.... but nominations sent out last wednesday are now in the AGM files directory (latest is version 3).

And i spotted steve had sneaked some accounts in there too.

Just to say thank you to everyone who attended the AGM - it was certainly the most well attended one I've been to, and it was great to see so many people there.

Also special thanks to Michelle for starting her secretary role early and taking over from me to do a grand job of organising all the admin on the night, taking the minutes and collecting the money.

It was also great to see 10 or so people turn up for the run session. This didn't work out quite the way we had planned (as we hadn't realised the kids training was on, and that there'd be so many cars). But hopefully this was a bit of fun and everyone stretched their legs. So thanks to Ed and Rich for helping to plan and organise this, and Mr Snax for helping with the risk assessment......so for more running come along to the track sessions on Tuesday night.
