Some of our swim drills require some small empty plastic bottles to help with catch up.

These are like a small deodrant size, or showergel sample.

If you have any spare can you wash them out and donate them to the Cov Tri swim smooth cause please.

we're sorted now - Chris kindly provided a whole bag of them so look forward to some catchup drills soon!
