HEAD POSITION – ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD

 

ARM RECOVERY – DOES YOUR ARM SWEEP AROUND & ACROSS THE WATER

 

HAND ENTRY – DO YOUR HANDS CROSS THE CENTRE LINE OF YOUR BODY

 

LEG POSITION - ARE YOUR LEGS HIGH OR LOW IN THE WATER

 

IS YOUR STROKE SYMMETRICAL , ARE LEFT & RIGHT ARM & LEG ACTIONS THE SAME

COUNT THE NUMBER OF STROKES PER 25m POOL LENGTH

COUNT THE NUMBER OF KICKS PER STROKE (KICK BEAT)

 

ONLY CHOOSE 1 OR 2 FAULTS TO WORK ON AT A TIME.
